It includes 13 villas and 27 apartment buildings with a construction area of 170,000 square meters. The contract value of the project is 50 million US dollars and the estimated construction period is 20 months. The project started during the outbreak of the epidemic in Egypt. While fighting the epidemic, the project was actively and steadily promoted. Our company is responsible for the agency import of materials for the project to Egypt, and takes a two-pronged approach for epidemic prevention and production maintenance for the project, and the progress of the project has not been significantly affected.

The 10th of Ramadan City Light Rail Project undertaken by AVIC International and China Railway Second Institute, which will build a light rail line connecting Cairo City, Ramadan 10th City and the new administrative capital for Egypt. Dicastal of China has invested 350 million Euros to build two aluminum automotive wheel factories in Kenitra, Morocco. The first factory started the builting in the Atlantic Free Zone in Kenitra in 2019. The second phase production line layout was independently designed, and more than 90% of the equipment was imported from China. Together with the first phase project, it formed a production capacity of 6 million pieces; in December 2022, the production base built the first lightweight aluminum casting factory in North Africa, with an annual output of 5 million aluminum castings.

The Qweint substation project undertaken by Hengyang TBEA implemented in early January 2021. A total of 43*40HQ and 2,000 cubic meters of bulk cargo were shipped, including 2 sets of 150-ton transformers. The project site is close to the borders of Egypt and Sudan, with a total distance of 1,300 kilometers from the port, of which about 300 kilometers is a military-controlled area, and the road conditions and transportation environment are very harsh.
